How to unlock my MOTOROLA EM330?

I have a cell phone, motorola EM330, but its locked.
It asks for subsidy code. Can anyone help me how to unlock it?

checked this one, but there's not any option for putting IMEI in motorola. it just displays "Unlock your Motorola here: www.motorola-unlock-code.com"

You can get the subsidy code by calling the network service provider its 5-20 days or you can get the unlock code by the third party its take 2-12 hour. There are many sites providing unlocking codes. I had a personal experience in unlocking from TheUnlockSpot.com which is a reliable service unlocks the phone within 30 minutes and also cheap.
